Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a 16 year old American from Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker and Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology. His father was an Argentine with Scottish as well as English heritage. Her mother is of Spanish and English roots. Taylor-Joy, who is youngest of five children. Four were born to Taylor's father's previous marriage. Buenos Aires was her home until the age of six after which the family relocated into Victoria at the time of London. According to Taylor-Joy, the move was traumatic and she was unable to study English in the hopes of returning to Argentina. Hill House, a school located in the same area as Northlands was obligated to accept her. Then she attended Queen's Gate School in London, where she took ballet classes and participated in plays. After 16 she quit the school to explore acting as a profession. Taylor-Joy had a destiny to become an actor from a young age. The realization of her dreams came when Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
