Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1 1989) is an American actor from the United States. She was the character Deborah Gallagher in Shameless in 2011 until 2021 and Harris Conner Healy on Roseanne. Kenney was born on the 14th of September 1999 in New York City. Her parents are Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense attorney, as well as Kevin Kenney, a sports writer who formerly wrote for the New York Post and now is employed by Fox Sports. Emma Kenney has the exact same town that she shares with Emmy Rossum. She was born from Manhattan, Kenney, 19 is the sassy character Debbie on the acclaimed Showtime TV series Shameless.
